Product Description: The main function: *Vitamin D3 for immune support, healthy muscle function and bone health High potency organic non-GMO vitamin D supplement. *Vitamin D3 is normally produced in the body as we naturally use the sun's ultraviolet rays to convert cholesterol into this important vitamin. Unfortunately, however, our ability to create D3 diminishes as we age. This natural decrease, combined with widespread use of sunscreen and reduced time spent outdoors, limits our exposure to UV rays, inevitably leading to D3 deficiency. *Vitamin D plays an important role in calcium absorption and promoting strong and healthy bones, which becomes even more important as we age. *However, many people don't realize how important this key vitamin is to our immune system. *Many factors in life can cause us to feel lethargic or exhausted. Research shows that low levels of vitamin D3 can negatively impact immune function. Since low D3 levels may affect your immune health, it's wise to add vitamin D3 to your daily routine to help keep your body healthy.
