Order Cancellation Policy

Most orders can be cancelled at no cost any time before the package is handed to the carrier. Once an order enters packing or ships, it can no longer be cancelled — please use our Return and Refund Policy instead after delivery.

After a package ships, cancellation is no longer possible because the parcel is already in the carrier network. You may refuse delivery where permitted, or receive the item and start a return under the Return and Refund Policy within the return window.

Orders containing multiple items may already be partially packed. In that case we will cancel the items that have not shipped and refund them individually; already-shipped items follow the return process.

Approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method. Most refunds are issued within 1–3 business days of approval; your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the funds.

If you paid with a buy-now-pay-later service, the remaining balance for the cancelled items is adjusted or refunded according to that provider's terms.

Some custom-made or personalized items may enter production quickly and become non-cancellable shortly after purchase. If a cancellation is refused for this reason, support will explain the reason and available alternatives.
