BUYLCR stands behind the quality of the products we sell. This policy explains what our warranty covers and how to make a claim.
Coverage
Products sold on BUYLCR are covered against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If an item arrives defective or fails under normal use within a reasonable period from delivery, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
How to make a warranty claim
Contact BUYLCR support with the following information:
- Your order number and the product name
- A short description of the defect
- Photos or a short video clearly showing the problem
What is not covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper storage, or unauthorized modification
- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic wear that does not affect function
- Products damaged by failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions or care labels
Relationship to returns
Warranty claims are handled in addition to your rights under the Return and Refund Policy. If your issue qualifies as a return (for example, item arrived damaged), the fastest path is usually a return or replacement request.
